Lots of overtime when orders are backup. Work closely with the President and CEO of the company is amazing, because it let's you know that they care about what is going on with their company. Great co-workers. Lots of contest to win FREE prizes.

Pros

The people are great, and the environment is very relaxed while still being productive. Moving up in this company is completely possible and I have witnessed numerous colleagues moved up in the rankings of the company. I am confident that this company will continue to grow.

Cons

The pay is a little low and the facility is a little bit out of the way from the Atlanta area, but other than the pay the environment more than makes up for the compensation.
