Interesting products and work environment Wide variety of industries served Many career paths available regardless of starting position (sales, engineering, management, manufacturing, etc.) Good benefits and compensation

Cons

Work/life balance is not very good in certain departments

Pros

Most of the people are great, they want to contribute and see the company grow. Benefits are really good and 11 paid holidays.

Cons

Management can't see the forest for the trees. There is no innovation at all, quick to shut down any ideas that are outside the box and really have no desire to improve. If you can get the local management past their egos to listen to you, major accomplishment.
