Pros

Next is always growing, changing, and getting better. With that being said, if you are a person who likes to have a path to grow, it's the place for you as there is typically an opportunity somewhere. There is now a training program in place, pay that progresses through that training, and a focus on safety and quality like never before. If you have worked here in the past, the progress that has been made would blow you away.

Cons

Due to the rapid growth in the past there are problems just like in any fast-growing company. These issues are being addressed and solutions are in the works.

Pros

The exponential growth within Next Generation Films, Inc. has opened the opportunities for current employees, as well as, potential employees to advance their selves at a rate beyond that of most other companies / industries in this region. Those opportunities then become what you make of them. Prior to my employment with Next Generation Films I had no existing relationship with the Owners or members of Senior Management and yet my time with this company has been very positive.

Cons

Due to the rapid growth with the company, Next Generation Films has been forced to stay competitive by focusing highly on capacity, quality, and delivery. Due to that there are other areas that had not been able to receive the same attention, however this is something that Next Generation has recognized and is answering by allocating the appropriate resources to further improve on those areas.
