Next has great benefits, and an awesome schedule. It's a good work environment!

Next has poor communication, which leads to not knowing what's going on most of the time.

Next is a great place to work I honestly love my job the company is always growing so there's always work to be done. The company treats the employees pretty well as long as your their to the job their paying you to do start out pay is good bonuses are good and pay will increase as you go

Cons

Lack of communication between the company and the employees but I have to say in the three years that I've been there it's getting a lot better

Good strong company with great people working here. The people are always willing to help when you have questions and like helping people grow in their role.

Cons

low pay and to many growing pains not much of a plan or career path for people not on the executive level.
