Senior management is severely lacking leadership and values. Management is disingenuous, brash, disorganized, ostentatious, and disrespectful. Company culture is horrible. Very few people actually like their jobs. Most people are placed in positions that they aren’t qualified for, which causes high turnover. Most employees are discontent.
Don’t expect a raise or bonus. They’ll tell you that they give them, but they don’t…ever. They don’t even have an employee performance review so no one knows how they’re doing and can’t push for a raise. They like to boast about their growth and how well Chartis is doing, but don’t share any details or any compensation with employees. Meanwhile, upper management drives luxury cars.
Chartis lacks internal processes, structure, and controls. Hard to navigate through the corporate channels. Communication is practically non-existent and there is no transparency at all.
Not diverse at all. All middle/older white males. Employees are not always treated equally.
