Pros

Very little hierarchy. Nice people, nice culture, not like firms that are run by one or two monsters at the top. Great marketing and advancement opportunities even for new lawyers. Exceptional bonus system awards hard work.

Cons

Case Management software is outdated.

Pros

The compensation and benefits are very good for the legal market in Florida. Bonuses are fair and achievable.

Cons

Partners tend to guard their book of business and micromanage experienced associates a bit. Although this is common at many firms.
