Remote position, lots of work, flexibility.

Cons

Horrible Management as in the Attorneys (partners) that manage the team, HR sides with the Attorneys instead of the assistants, there's no communication, toxic and hostile work environment, Attorneys talk down to the assistants and paralegals. They set you up for failure, no room for growth.
