Pros

Lots of openings and ability to move up. Lots of training. Ability to make good money. They will pay for your licensing.

Cons

There is lots of sales pressure. Confusing communication about what is expected of you. Kind of cold and corporate. Alienate the customer with the sales.

Pros

Excellent benefits package, multiple health plans to choose from, plenty of vacation, personal, and sick days. Many corporate discounts available.

Cons

Managment has no respect for their employees, you are treated like the dirt on your shoe. The company trains you to be a robot and force sales upon people.
