Pros

They pay out up to 4500.00 a month in bonuses which is great. If you can handle the work it's definitely worth the pay.

Cons

There are lots of benefits but the medical is awful. We constantly have policies changing and it's stressful to talk to people that are screaming and crying at you all day. Were now on our fourth week of mandatory overtime as well.

Pros

Great benefit package, great teller incentive plan, teamwork (depends on the branch), Look good on resume, good training program

Cons

Poor management, hypocrite will stab you with a smile. Lot of politics and bureaucracy. No promotion if you are not the boss good friend no matter how good you can be. They will give you recognition after recognition. Horrible pay, ridiculous raise Very pushy about sales, creating an overhelmingly stressful atmosphere. Managers always get their ways when employees are written up for every misteps. Don't even bother call HR.

Pros

Your monthly commission is based off of what the PBs totals are every month so theres no need to cross sale or meet monthly numbers Great benefits Set schedule for this position

Cons

Wasnt given a raise when I was "promoted" from a teller to this position because I was already in the pay range for this position Hard to get promoted from this position Youre pretty much everyones assistant in this position and are responsible for the work of others. Way under paid for the work you do.
