Pros

good training program; pay for licensing and give bonus when you pass exam. support staff is good and management is not bad. great company to have on a resume; not very stressful, easy to obtain quota

Cons

too much pressure to push sales on people who might not need it or want the products. having to constantly cross sell when people are just coming to make a deposit or withdrawing at the atm

Pros

Decent vacation allotment. Products and services complement each other. The company likes feedback from employees and modify systems based on suggestions quickly.

Cons

Immediate manager does not provide timely feedback or make effort to coach to better performance. As a new person at Chase it is disconcerting to be left to your own devises, but expected to have the appropriate result.

Pros

40 hours/week then you're done. You don't have to take your work home with you. Pretty good benefits.

Cons

Management takes the wrong approach to sales; treating staff like they're robots and customers like they're numbers. As a result, a stressful, not fun environment where the customers feel like they're being sold instead of like they're buying something of value.
