Pros

Low Cost Good health insurance 401k and company pension sets aside 3% of pay each year Base Pay above average decent amount of vacation

Cons

If ypu have a poor manager and/or poor senior manager leadership it can be a living nightmire. they have a bottom 10% rule. lack of consistance with corrective action and poilcy's commissions and bonus forget about it if your not in senior management your going to get 1-3k year max. Overtime is made rarely they will offer you 4 hours at the end of the month if their far away from their goal and thats pretty much it. Managers expect you to pick up the slack even if your doing well

Pros

You can make a decent income and only work 40 hrs a week. There are great benefits. Great company to work for with a lot of networking opportunities for career advancement.

Cons

Monotonous work. Doing the same thing every day and not a whole lot of thanks from the customers.
