Pros

They like to promote their good employees to manager positions. There are lots of open positions available. Good training program. Nice incentives package. Good benefits and discounts

Cons

Former WAMU employee, so the change to Chase was not so easy. Very sales driven, all about numbers. Some managers like to micro manage their employees. If you dont hit your goals they will eventually weed you out.
