My experience working under this manager was the worst of my career. She lacked knowledge of basic process improvements, particularly process mapping, and her decisions were driven by ego rather than fairness or competence. She relied heavily on one team member's input without verifying facts, often making baseless accusations against me. This led to a written warning full of inaccurate claims—16 points in total. When I tried to clarify and present evidence, she repeatedly changed her narrative but refused to amend the warning. One of the most concerning issues was her dishonesty. For example, she accused me of leaving tasks incomplete, even though she had been notified and present in meetings where those tasks were completed ahead of schedule. When confronted with proof, she dismissed it, saying she didn’t want to "dwell on the past." I brought the matter to HR, but they failed to act. Eventually, the HR manager intervened, recommending she manage the team more fairly. Instead of improving, the manager retaliated by firing me during our next one-on-one, citing a 93% quality rate—although others on the team were performing at lower levels without consequences. The stress from working under her management was overwhelming. I developed severe anxiety, required medication, and even experienced heart issues. My physical health deteriorated to the point where I am now mostly bedridden. The environment she fostered was toxic and devoid of empathy. For example, when my 10-year-old son had a high fever, she refused to accommodate a brief absence to pick him up, forcing me to sit through an unnecessary 45-minute meeting. This lack of humanity was a recurring theme, especially as she allowed her favorite employee to take time off freely while holding others to unreasonable standards. Her micromanagement and bias extended beyond the workplace. Despite being aware of my difficult personal circumstances, including my husband being laid off, she sabotaged my attempts to transfer internally. My strong performance in interviews for other roles was undermined by her negative influence. The company lacks true leadership. Managers were more interested in asserting power than supporting their teams. Unlike other leaders I’ve worked with who valued collaboration and skill, she and her “favorite” employee viewed the team as their personal domain. Despite reaching out to upper management, no meaningful action was taken to address the hostile environment. Ultimately, while I’ve lost my health and peace due to this experience, I firmly believe that accountability will catch up to those responsible for the harm they caused. For anyone considering working here, I urge you to think twice before putting yourself in such a toxic and demoralizing situation.

Everything. My experience.. every manager I had had no knowledge when it came to the Basic principles. It's all a game .. suck up and brown nose with the manager, your basically guaranteed to get pulled off the phones for something else when avl. Do good and your job... Phone slave. Micromanaging is insane. You have to run to the bathroom due to an upset stomach.... Better just announce it to the whole floor cause a manager will call you out why you logged out for an unscheduled break. Pay is weak. They are big at "don't share what your pay is" I worked there for 6 years. Top performer. Assisted new hires. Trained. Was leader for my team moral and SME.. yet every year when it came to incentive... 0.10 raise .l to my lame 12.00 an hr.. while new hires walking in are making 21.00-24.00. I applied multiple times to a different department. Hiring manager selected me multiple times but the department I was in.. kept me back. At the end when I tried go to HR... All of a sudden I was put on a PIP!! Just a way for them to keep me.
