Pros

Company benefits like very generous vacation/PTO, pay is decent, company events can be fun,

Cons

HIGH volume utilization/production environment with high risk of error and little reward, gossipy/unfriendly/unprofessional management, keep everything in writing because they will try to pin their mistakes on you without a paper trail, they hire people who can't do their jobs and some people are just barely meeting production because they are picking up other people's slack, if you are a good worker they will use you up and spit you out. Avoid operations specifically. Other pockets of the company are amazing.
