Pros

I worked here for a little over 5 years. Some of the smartest, kindest people that I have worked with. Everyone brings their A game and wants to see you succeed. A great place to start a career and build hard & soft skills that can be applied across other industries.

Cons

There was a lot of upper management churn during my time at the firm. After every 6 months or a year or so there would be a massive re-org that would cause a lot of confusion. Over time it wasn't clear what the vision for the company was and what direction it was headed in. Seemed like the purpose and values that were emphasized years ago were no longer at the core of the company.

Pros

Constantly surrounded by great people

Cons

Leadership is about as indecisive as a 5 yr. old in a candy store. Not sure how they don't realize change fatigue is a real thing...

Accountants—Run!

Recommend

Pros

The benefits and pay are similar to many other companies (not B4 or consulting).

Cons

I wouldn’t recommend this company to accountants. Company leadership values traders and business development, accountants are not valued or seen as a value add. There are basically no opportunities for mobility or career advancement within the company. Leadership acts very impulsively. People get fired on a whim, whole departments get shut down with basically no warning or notice. Leadership spends time pushing all of accounting in a particular direction, only to abruptly change course.
