There are people within the organization that get away for actions that go against the company's core values and management does nothing to address these issues when brought to their attention. They will lose very talented people if they are not careful.

In a blatant display of delusion, they fancy themselves in the league of the prestigious Big 4, but the reality is far from it. The organization falls embarrassingly short on knowledge and expertise, and to add insult to injury, career progression within the company is virtually nonexistent. The promised bonuses are a joke… The turnover rate at Chatham is alarmingly high, with dismissals seemingly based on personal whims rather than professional merits. Climbing the corporate ladder here hinges more on mastering the art of office politics than on actual job performance — a disheartening revelation for those who believe in meritocracy. If you're seeking a workplace that values competence and genuine achievement, Chatham may not be the place for you.
