Pros

They pay pretty well and give good bonuses. They seem to care about their employees to a certain extent.

Cons

Clear favoritism. Poor training for new people. Higher-ups pass the blame onto new people. Very poor health insurance options. Unclear direction for company's future. Poor work/life balance, they expect each employee on the deal floor to work overtime without being compensated. Very little privacy on the deal floor.

Cons

Not very clear strategic vision, growth is by chance and not deliberate, headquarters is located far from Philadelphia downtown.
