Chatham Financial is a great place to work. There are lots of smart people there who take their jobs seriously and are absolutely out to serve the client in the best way possible.

Cons

There are so many good things about working at the company that the good things far outweigh the negatives.

Decent place - Nice Work/Life Balance

Pros

- Work/Life Balance very doable - Interesting subject matter (financial derivatives) - On-site gym - On site pub (must bring own alcohol, but is a pretty cool venue!)

Cons

- Flat organization, limited opportunities for management - OTC derivatives regulation could ruin the main revenue source of company - Killed free soda and coffee perks due to down economy (should bring these perks back!)
