I worked at this company for over two years, it was by far the worst organization I have experienced. The administration had zero training program so the turnover was insane, especially over on the physicians side. One employee was thrown in and during a very intense ' sink or swim' type of situation was almost let go on her first day. The ' administrative director' was constantly fighting with employees and patients and was extremely rude and unprofessional. The employees were worked overtime with no extra pay and very often had no time for a lunch at all and were often denied time off that they worked for. The scheduling was insane and the pay was very little for the work that was put in. Very stressful and unorganized, overall was not a great place to work.
