Management is unprofessional, some of the most unprofessional I have ever worked with. We have worked short-staffed for some time and sometimes it feels like they don't care about the staff they have managed to retain. There is a lot of drama and it can interfere with day-to-day work. It's impossible to speak freely to your chain of command as they don't believe you or get defensive.
