Pros
The people you work with are for the most part great. In a smaller facility, you are not relying on support staff to help in the OR so the responsibility falls on the staff. Things are regularly put back to their original place and it's not difficult to find things.
Cons
Management is unprofessional, some of the most unprofessional I have ever worked with. We have worked short-staffed for some time and sometimes it feels like they don't care about the staff they have managed to retain. There is a lot of drama and it can interfere with day-to-day work. It's impossible to speak freely to your chain of command as they don't believe you or get defensive.
