1. No salary raise over past 3 years, only giving rsu is insane 2. Awful product, many bugs and not able to commit customer use case 3. Sudden change of company direction, always notify us the decision last minute. 4. No promotion path 5. Lack of market insight 6. No budget for marketing, 7. Always have support case escalated to RnD, every support case required custom fix.
