      Good people Solid security products making Check Point leader in the marketplace. Challenging program management and opportunities to excel with partners and customers. Amazing solutions that together create a strong security environment.

      Cons

      We're growing our solution portfolio at an incredible pace, sometimes it's hard to keep up. - Marketing/ awareness on products could be improved.

      Pros

      Training is great. On the sales side, CHKP lets you create your own sales efforts to bring in business. The atmosphere is very open and friendly.

      Cons

      Leadership team is in Israel w/ no decision making in other geos. Deal decision process is slow and antiquated. Products focus only on security and not the evolving convergence of network, cloud & security when most customers want to reduce vendor spread (e.g. no SD-WAN solution).

      Pros

      The Check Point Infinity story affords anyone in the organization to get their hands dirty with all the emerging Cyber technologies today. Tons of amazing enablement, as long as you are willing to keep absorbing and stay motivated. This coupled with a warm and welcoming culture (as much as you can have given the pandemic) makes for a stellar place to work.

      Cons

      Easy to get lost and overwhelmed with all the material and resources at your fingertips. Also, would of loved to have some more when it comes to technology for the home office. Remote work is here to stay, having the essentials as part of the welcome package would of been great. (Monitor / headset / KVM ... etc)
