Pros

The best thing about working at Check Point was definitely the people. They were more like friends than colleagues

Cons

As such a big beast it wasn’t always as easy to be dynamic and move on the fly. Sometimes dealing with HQ provided more challenges than necessary

Pros

Product is robust and you get a lot of exposure in the market. Management wants to make a difference and grow the company. Unfortunately years of poor management, favouritism and toxic culture prior to this team of leaders has built a lot of baggage that needs to be carried.

Not a lot of scope for internal mobility
