      Since a year new leadership has ruined the work culture and brought in unethical politics

      Pros

      I have forgotten about pros I had earlier in Check Point.

      Cons

      You will end up with temper issues, depression, office politics involvements. You will have no place to sit and work .. tiny office. Unwanted threat from different GMs if you don’t oblige to their orders. Worst is they will load you until you get used to it. No work life balance, only work with no balance . Salary is not market standard. Constant attrition of senior engineer and we are left with no help. Regional & linguistic favourites and they get fast promotions and team switch’s seamlessly. I can’t stop describing about Check Point .. let me stop.

      A Vendor worth working for

      Pros

      A career building opportunity that lets you move at your own pace. They will challenge you and help you grow. Big focus on Work Life Balance and remote opportunities depending on entry level.

      Cons

      This company pays like a vendor, not a customer. So while you will get the money eventually it could take a few more years than others.
