*very stable organization *little to no micro management *hybrid model
Cons
# lacks transparency # less growth opportunities for senior folks # salaries are a continuous challenge for everyone # team lacks unity # some TLs and GMs are way too political and oversmart and cause a very unhealthy culture inside the team # the very common facilities are not available for anyone i.e. cab, food, shift allowances. #HR interference is way more than required in operations.
