      Pros

      I've been worked for Check Point almost 3 years. during that period, I feel quite easy to cooperate with colleagues, the whole team is very effective in communication.Pepole are nice and friendly. Management team did good job.

      usually, there have a lot of work need to do due to limitied human resource. therefore, work and life cannot balance well.

      Pros

      The entire company is driven to its success (i.e. close to 0 politics, etc.). Company is still managed by its founder so it's highly focused and didn't lost its original vision. Products are customer oriented with good chances to actually succeed. The company is an amazing management school, for how to run an efficient company.

      Cons

      This focus may come at the price of not researching enough. Upper management focus can sometimes undermine mid management.

      Pros

      Positive changes this past year. Complete 180 from where we were a year ago. Excellent decision to promote individuals to technical managers who understand the technology and have a true understanding of what we are going through. Sr. Manager is engaging and provides room for growth.

      Cons

      Know? None. employees who expect others to do their job have been let go or so the writiing on the wall and left on there own.
