      Pros

      - Huge experience, knowledge and understanding of the cyber-security domain on all its aspects. a great place to learn cyber-security and to master in this domain. - A very big company - you can always move from one position to another. Internal transfers are well taken by the company. Many career opportunities. - As an R&D group manager, I had a lot of power to influence on my product on all aspects (features, quality, manpower, etc) - Very good people. Highly skilled and professional. Most of the employees including managers are great people to work with - Hybrid working model, work-life balance is fairly good on most places I have been working in

      Cons

      - Sometimes you can bump into managers that won’t respect your work. As this might happen in every company, I can think of too many such examples within Check point. - Salaries are not very high
