      Pros

      Check Point's culture is very employee focused; with many opportunities to learn, grow, and communicate with leadership. May sound cheesy but the culture of such a large company is such that they check on each individual whenever there's a challenge. They truly seem to care about everyone; which is astounding for a company this size. Happy to be a part of the team.

      Honestly, I cannot think of a single downside.=
