      Pros

      The company has a great vision and made some terrific acquisitions over the past couple of years.

      Cons

      The compensation plans are terrible and they provide zero transparency when it comes to commission calculations. So much time is wasted fighting for what is owed to you and many people just give up.

      Great company with great security products, with good work/life balance

      Cons

      They are too frugal with business expenses and travel accommodations. When traveling for company business, they make you share a room. This is awkward and gives you a feeling that the company doesn't respect you.

      Pros

      Technology is solid Good health and 401k benefit plans Local sales teams are friendly and collaborate with each other.

      Cons

      Management and leadership is unreasonable. High quotas and you'll never make your number or hit your OTE. Executive Leadership does not care about the individual contributers. Very cheap on travel expenses and will require you to cover things out of your own pocket a lot of times.
