      Pros

      No micromanaging, I was able to run my territory as I saw fit. The company also has solid product offering

      Cons

      Little to No marketing, which hurts the sales people. No communication when changes are happening. High turn over of personal. My territory saw a 60% turnover year over year

      - CEO meddles in everything - Very little marketing budget & every penny is scrutinized - No work life balance & little appreciation for hard work - Low salaries for the Bay Area

      -Free lunches (but they aren't too good) -Personal desk space

      Cons

      Its an easy job but it can get depressing knowing that you will never get promoted and even if you do you will not get the pay you deserve. Everyone in the US offices have an average age of 50 - so it is not a young atmosphere at all and a poor place to start a fast past and relevant career.
