Business Outlook
Pros
1. Variety of projects with different modern technologies. 2. Can move between groups to diversify if needed. 3. Great work-life balance including option for full remote work with very flexible hours. 4. Not afraid to accept junior developers and coaching them.
Cons
1. The pay is just slightly below normal but still high enough in my opinion for my location, yearly pay rises and bonuses included. 2. This is a big company so you could face some bureaucratic bullcrap sometimes
