Check Point encourages a team atmosphere with everyone working together for a common cause. The work is challenging in a good way, and you are given numerous opportunities to grow though different educational paths. Check Point supports a good work life balance Though the company is over 30 years old they maintain a feeling of a start up where everyone is willing to help one another, and everyone seems to know your name. With the work force being highly technical and remote efforts are made to connect you with your team and build relationships. Coming to Check Point was the best career decision I have made

There are challenges working in an organization. Getting accustomed to the culture can be challenging at first but once the adjustment is made things operate as in any other organization
