Pros
Work from home opportunity is fantastic. My managers are great to work with no heavy scrutiny. Very generous PTO, 401k and insurance plans, optional stock plan, and occasional RSU's with compensation plan, and additional bonuses during the year where applicable. Yearly Presidents Club (if you qualify) and sales conference trips. Overall a great working environment and experience. If you want to grow with a global cyber security leader, this is the place for you. Always push us for trainings and steps to career growth.
Cons
Quota targets are not always in line but this is sales so that is always the case. Does not deter me from maintaining a professional attitude at all times.
