Pros
Great WLB due to low compensation and low salary - mid-management also "takes it's time" and working just a several hours per day. also - this is a great company to headstart your career. after a year or two you can pretty much double up your salary and the industry will mostly welcome you.
Cons
Lack of top tech due to very low pay grade and compensation (I'd say at least 30% below market), management really take advantage of world crisis even though it doesn't effect the company whatsoever - they use it as an excuses to have a really bad compensation (even if you are a top performer) ridicoulous daily allowence for food, basically - with every step you take - you always feel like someone is saving money and you're just here to be squeezed.
