Pros

- People are nice - Office is not an open space (each floor is divided into small rooms for around 3 people) - Working hybrid twice a week

Cons

- Working with an unmaintained, outdated, horrendous legacy codebase - Lots and lots of bad practices - No product management, which means you'll do both.. - No QA in some teams which means you'll spend your time firefighting bugs and production issues - Lousy benefits: barely any employee welfare, low 10bis, not enough kitchen supplies, gift on Rosh HaShana was a cheap bottle of wine and honey.. - Company always trying to be cheap in general - Bad working conditions: No macs, company forces you to work via Remote Desktop app called Citrix instead of locally (which obviously has issues absolutely all the time)

Pros

Check Point is an incredible company to work for; and well deserving of being counted amongst Forbes' "World's Best Employers". Check Point is home to some of the best minds and talent working in Cybersecurity today. It is a challenging, fast-paced environment where no two work days are ever the same. Efforts are regularly made to reward individual and team efforts. Yet there is also strong value on achieving a great work/life balance. I joined Check Point 2.5 years ago and felt like a valued member of the team from day one. I quickly built relationships that felt more like family than just professionals collaborating. The level of commitment to teamwork and collaboration is like nothing I've experienced elsewhere in my career. There are no egos and everyone works well together; focused on the common vision and goal of delivering the best security and value to our customers. Management is incredibly supportive and very accessible. Questions, concerns and feedback have always been well received and addressed when necessary. There are many different career paths inside the company, allowing for many advancement opportunities. Management supports and encourages employees' career development and advancement. I would highly recommend Check Point to anyone looking for a career in Cyber Security.

Cons

As is the case with any Global organization of Check Point's size, it can sometimes be difficult to track down the right resource. However, this is less of an issue as you build relationships across the Organization if you make an effort to network with folks outside of your immediate team.

Pros

Local team is nice and good

Cons

Working with the regional team overseas, and it was good both with local and regional, then the direct manager resigned, arise the new one with hot head style of micromanage, destroys everything, just saying it can change and snap anytime depends on the manager on your team Very dependable on the TAC team whenever a bug is occured, bcs we are not able to look on the engine of the product.
