      Humiliation is a way of life. VP’s will tell at you, call you an idiot in front of 10 of your subordinates, other teams will sneak and try to steal your job and responsibilities

      The company has a great vision and made some terrific acquisitions over the past couple of years.

      Cons

      The compensation plans are terrible and they provide zero transparency when it comes to commission calculations. So much time is wasted fighting for what is owed to you and many people just give up.
