      A workplace that is a family. Friends, fun and more. A lot of new technologies and career paths for everyone. Very stable company with a lot of benefits.

      They can afford to pay a bit more, in my opinion.

      - Allows many young developers to join and build themselves through the work. - A lot of experienced people and a very proffesional environment. - Interesting tasks

      Cons

      Salary is relatively low, comparing to other companies in the same space. Especially for students that most of the time get the same fixed hourly rate.
