      A place for the long run if you are comfortable with the company culture

      Pros

      ESPP, RSU, very nice offices (jym and showers in the office) ability to work full time from home, a lot of diversity in the company employees. The company is very stable, and did not fire any employee in times of crisis.

      Cons

      Company culture is very hierarchical, the boss is always right, and s/he calls the shots. From food perspective the 10bis allowance is low - 26 nis The bonding of employee and team spirit is not considered as a high priority - company events are allways in the building, no company vacations or outdoor events.
