Pros

Check Point is more than just a job for me this is my passion. I love helping people, fixing their issues and educating about the product. I'd say the biggest pro about this job is not only all the friends I've made over these past 10 years but the fact that this is a very stable job with zero layoffs since founded. Other than the amazing staff I'm sure everyone loves the great benefits package, free lunches and who can forget the fun we all experience every year with TAC Adventures. (Paintball / Laser tag this year was crazy fun)

Cons

The only major con I ran into with this job was the amount of stress it can bring to the table due to some of these critical cases we deal with and the desire to resolve such issues with expediency. I found over the years though while my experience with the product grew the less stress I felt.

Pros

- Good technology and product portfolio - Decent benefits health, gym, home internet all paid for - New hire Onboarding trip to Israel

Cons

- Local management lack leadership needed to guide and motivate staff. Sales Directors that have never done sales before managing major account teams - High turn over, people leaving every quarter. Sales reps not making their targets. - SE standard and experience has dropped significantly over the last 2-3 years - Poor sales environment, lack of teaming both internally and with external channel partners - Poor support for Sales teams, no inside sales or lead development teams. Lack of marketing resources. -Cut backs in channel reps has resulted in management asking major account execs to take on management of channel partners in addition to sales role!
