      Remote work is an option, team collaboration is valued, CP provides a safe space without judgment making it feel professional and welcoming.

      Cons

      Sometimes things can move too fast-paced, and if you are having a slow week personally, there is not much room to work with that.

      Pros

      Great technology across on-prem, cloud, endpoint and mobile workforce. Flexible licensing with Infinity. Some really good area managers and sales engineers. Overlays are knowledgeable about respective industries.

      Cons

      Too reliant on Israel. Build out R&D in US and hire more tech support engineers and retain the ones we have.
