Mid level management landed job because its easy. Little experience in cyber security themselves. Product is selling because of state of affairs and not tactics. Dont get me started on comp. Management will back stab you. Lie to you, go behind your back, really pathetic culture. Could be top 5 worst in the area. For every 1 talented person theres 10 toxic people to screw things up 80% of the time with their BS. They will be protected though, not you since you are a threat to them. Hopes were high, much better culture and nurturing elsewhere.
