      Pros

      its a good company to start from. people are very nice, its a big company for people who are looking to stay for a long period of time. checkpoint never fires an employee, never did and never will.

      Cons

      just like it does not fire any employee, there are people which are not top notches... the company is being operated like the israeli army way, progress built on frightening the lower level employees.

      They feed you everyday! Hours are great and location is everything

      Cons

      Poor management. Lots of turn overs in upper management so things are constantly changing.
