      Pros

      Great technology, lots of bright and talented people across key functions and geographies, regular trips to Israel, an established and respected security brand.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional, horrible corporate governance and culture, rampant bureaucracy, employees and executives alike are not empowered to execute and do their jobs, management by fear and terror.

      Pros

      Great people, great technology, great vision and the company is a de facto thought leader in information security. Upper management seems to really care about their people

      Cons

      Horrible marketing No ability to keep a good CMO long term Not enough field reps and SE's to grow business No local marketing budget

      Pros

      Free training, tons of room for advancement, overtime, great employee's, good benefits. I personally started with an extremely low salary, but I worked extremely hard, put in long hours, never said no to any potential engagement and 3 years later I'm making $150k+ for another company, but in the same line of work. The point here is to separate yourself from others, prove you want it more, Check Point is a great stepping stone to more lucrative possibilities down the road if you just put forth effort!

      Morale can be somewhat low at times, salary is below average, overworked
