Pros
The tech is the best in the market bar none. The team are very supportive and there are no real egos in the building. Pay and benefits pretty good, on a par with just about anything else in the market. There is no micro management and you are allowed to work under your own steam without people leaning on you. Acquiring industry leading startups such as Dome9 really enhances the portfolio. Whip smart people in R&D.
Cons
Might not be a con for you, but there is quite a bit of travelling although Zoom conferences are becoming more common. You are expected to have a very broad breadth of knowledge not just about CP but also about complementary technologies such as public cloud.
