      Pros

      The people working in the main office are great. Friendly, supportive, and willing to help out. Company loves to have little celebrations for every holiday (Chinese New Year, St. Patrick's Day) and go all out on Halloween. Competitive salary and great benefits.

      Cons

      Turnover rate is insane. They ask 100% of you at all times and won't take anything less than that. Many people only last a year or two. Company support for marketing department is next to nothing. Field marketing is used as a glorified event planning department.

      A great place to get a start or move up the ranks

      Pros

      Free lunch, good management. You can get hired straight from college and move up the ranks relatively fast.

      Cons

      Management seems to not be able to do what they need to grow the company or their employees. You will often see employees given marginal raises because one employee was given a proper raise there was no more room in the budget.
