      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had the opportunity to get. The technology is amazing and the people I interface with inside the company are some of the brightest technologists I've had the pleasure of working with.

      Cons

      The company over the years has not spent too much time and effort on marketing thier solutions to the field. Many companies out there view Check Point as the legacy Firewall and VPN vendor and leaves the Sales team with an uphill battle on most deals.

      Pros

      Mid-level Management is great, but not empowered. All decisions still come from Tel Aviv.

      Cons

      The Senior Management team in Israel is totally disconnected from the way that IT does business in the US. The Channel program is broken, field marketing budget is non-existent, and Tech Support for customers is terrible. The VP of Sales in the US still operates like it's 1992.

      Order Entry - Finance at Check Point: Past Worker's Review

      Pros

      The work at Check Point gave me a stable job as a young person who finished the army. My position was an Order Process Coordinator. The company gave me the ability to learn and work with SAP and Salesforce products.

      Cons

      Entry level salary moderately below average. The options for going up the ranks of the office are not easy, the supervisors and team leaders don't have good dynamics with the workers at the open-space. In addition, the company's policy regarding entry-level workers at Finance division prefers to make workers leave and bring new ones, for cost-related reasons.
