      big company, international, established product succesfull trustfull coworkers

      little salaries greedy company (no or little salary raises, no extra bonuses in successful years, cheap Pesach /Rosh Hashana gifts) employee does not feel appreciation for his work employer does not trust their employees employee cannot trust calculation of commissions disrespectful and shallow managers if you do not have the oppinion of your manager better shut up, although they would ask you for your oppinion .... ....
