      Pros

      Place nearby train station, subsidized lunch, bread, vegetables and cheese in the fridge stable work and salary on time.

      Cons

      Low salary, no real salary discussions, salary usually raise 1%, degrading treatment by the management, when something goes wrong, you get to the head. high management level (VP and up) do not count the low level management and the regular workers.

      Great coworkers Solid mentorship for more entry level employees Flexible and understanding work hours

      Company considers themselves an Israeli company first and foremost. American employees are treated very well, but the management practices and lay-off routine made me feel as if the US-based engineering teams are simply thought of as a stepping stone to export products to back to the Israeli HQ. This was made clear by the constant downsizing in the Bay Area office.
