      Pros

      Check Point is a solid company with solid tech, a major player in the cyber security space. There's security in knowing we aren't likely to be affected by a breach. Culture and benefits are great. Its great on your resume and the people are supportive

      Cons

      Does not pay as well as competitors, difficult to move up and receive competitive pay marketing doesn't exist making sales jobs difficult headquartered in Israel and micromanaged from afar causing executive decisions that don't benefit the Americas The TAC centers, particularly in Texas do not take the necessary HR steps to support and protect the environment of women in a male dominated field

      I have never seen a company truly care about its employees like Check Point The people are amazing The benefits package is great The products and services are world class The partner ecosystem is one of the biggest and best in the industry

      Cons

      Check Point is an RnD organization first and foremost, however they are doing more marketing than I have ever seen before. I think more and better marketing events will help generate increased demand and will grow mind share. Relating marketing collateral to business problems for the C-Suite is an area that could use additional focus.
